Due to the nature of our services, which involve time, expertise, and personalized attention, all payments made for services rendered are non-refundable once work has begun or been completed.

If you believe there has been an error in billing or you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us promptly. We will work with you to understand the issue and, if appropriate, offer to revise or clarify the services to your satisfaction.

In certain rare cases and at our sole discretion, we may issue a partial refund or credit toward future services if no significant work has been performed or if a service was purchased in error and brought to our attention immediately.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for completed tax filings, financial reports, or consultations. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations without at least 24 hours' notice.
